Message Let me start out by saying Ash's products are phenomenal. The attention to detail is outstanding. The 2.5" kits and intercoolers revolutionized modifying Z32s.

That being said, Ash's operation is a boutique one. The price for such great products is that customer service can be finicky.

I have ordered a dualz intake from Ash (back before planar) and a fan shroud for my Koyo radiator SPAL fan setup. Each time the feedback and information regarding processing, packaging, and shipping my order has been lacking. I always had to contact him, he was never proactive with communication. For one reason or another "the computer was down," "we got a bad batch," "we had an issue with powder coating," "we were supplied the wrong materials," "the fiberglass guy messed up," "it's on the way," "check's in the mail."

My advice is to order whatever you need from Specialty Z and let them correspond with Ash.
